1.   Order once placed can be canceled within next 24 hours only.

2.   Post 24 hours after placing the order it can not  be canceled.

3.   Goods returned will be accepted only if you have received goods in damaged condition, defective / faulty product or wrong product.

4.   In case you wish to return due  to any of the above mentioned reasons , you will have to initiate with the goods return process within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product .

5.   In case you need replacement in exchange for return the same will have to be communicated on order@mahalaxmipanchang.com

6.   For refund please mention your bank account details correctly in the return / refund form.

7.   We shall not be responsible for refund payment made to the account number mentioned by you in return / refund form, if any incorrect information was mentioned in refund / return form.

8.   In  case of replacement request is made by you and the product is out of stock. The amount will be refunded.

9.   Saraswati Publishing  Co. Pvt. Ltd.  reserves the right of approving , disapproving  return / refund request.

10. Amount will be refunded only after the goods  are received back by us without any damage caused by the customer.

11.    If the product / products is/are received in damaged condition the same will not be accepted. ( Damage caused Post Delivery by the customer ) .
